At present the company is in the process of developing four other projects in Dubai, which are located in Sports City and in the City of Arabia (Dubailand): the projects are Red Residence, Kensington Royale, Arabian Crowne and Windsor Residence, these developments vary from being residential, retail and/or mixed-use properties.
